Competition rules
Definitions
These rules relate to the competition entered on the www. studentswapshop.com and the following definitions apply;
i. ‘We’ and ‘us’ means Burnfish Ltd
ii. ‘BurnFish Ltd’ means the owners and operators of the web site studentswapshop.com
iii. ‘Website’ and Studentswapshop.com means www.studentswapshop.com
iv. ‘Services’ means any information and services provided by BurnFish Ltd through Studentswapshop.com
v. ‘You’ means the user of Studentswapshop.com
1. These rules include any instructions set out in the terms of the competition. By entering the competition the entrant will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and instructions and to be bound by them.
2. This Competition is subject to the privacy policy and website terms and conditions of Burnfish Ltd.
3. This Competition is open to all studentswapshop.com website users who have Registered, except for Burnfish Ltd employees and their relatives, and anyone professionally connected with the prize offered in this competition. Burnfish Ltd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
4. To qualify for and be entered into any of our competitions, you must answer the specific competition question.
5. By taking part in the competition, you warrant that all information submitted is true, current and complete at the time of submission. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your details and e-mail address are accurate, and that Burnfish Ltd is informed of any changes to these. Burnfish Ltd accepts no responsibility for any changes which are not properly notified from the time of submission of your entry to the time of notification that the prize has been awarded.
6. Only one entry per person is allowed.
7. Proof of sending post or email is not proof of our receipt of entries. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed.
8. All entries must be emailed to; competition@studentswapshop.com
9. The closing date is 14th October 2009.
10. Any entry which is late, incomplete, illegible or otherwise does not comply with the rules may be deemed invalid on the sole discretion of Burnfish Ltd.
11. The winner will be chosen at random from the correct entries and will be formally notified within 21 days of the closing date.
12. Failure to claim a prize within the time or in the manner specified may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternative winner.
13. No cash alternative or alternative prize is available on entrant’s request, but in the event of the advertised competition prize being unavailable we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
14. Burnfish Ltd reserve the right to disqualify your entry if it is incomplete or if there are reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any of these rules.
15. Burnfish Ltd reserves the right to alter, amend or close the competition as necessary
16. Burnfish Ltd accepts no responsibility for the acts or defaults of the sponsor.
17. In the case of any disputes regarding these rules, or the rules or instructions of a specific competition, the decision of Burnfish Ltd will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. The competition and these rules are governed by English Law.
